Grav Farm, Sukarats Village, Indonesia, is led by Yugion and his wife Lucy, and has a vision of making the local culture, traditions, and natural environment sustainable and developing them. They produce coffee on their own farms and in cooperation with forest farmers living in the forests. In 2011, they won a COE award. This coffee is made of two varieties that are not very familiar to many people. Sigararuntang is a natural cross between Bourbon and Timor Hybrid. It has a high yield and means that you can repay your debts in the local language. LINI S (Lini S-795) is a variety that was created by crossing S288, a natural cross between Arabica and Liberica, with Kent. It was born in India and is widely produced in Indonesia. Please enjoy it leisurely after meals or as a snack.

Best time to drink

After coffee beans are roasted, their flavor slowly matures.
You can enjoy the freshness of freshly roasted food, but the deliciousness is still trapped along with the carbon dioxide gas (carbon dioxide) generated during roasting.
The best time to drink Roastery Manly Coffee is from 5 days to 1 month, depending on the coffee bean. The flavor will slowly subside after 1 to 2 months, but you can still enjoy drinking it. Please enjoy the change in taste as time passes.
