Papua New Guinea. It may not be a country that is well known for its coffee. I came across the coffee beans from this farm as the challenge beans for the World Winners of Coffee Roasting Championship. When I roasted and drank them, I found that they had a new flavor and were delicious! So I decided to release them in my shop. As Nicole says, "What I believe in is to grow the cherries properly, ferment the ripe cherries properly, dry them properly, and select them beautifully." At the farm, the coffee is not processed in an unusual way, but is made only using the traditional washed method. The coffee liquid is thick and satisfying to drink. The flavors are mango pudding, plum, mandarin orange, and mint, making it a coffee that has a bit of a "Japanese" feel. We also use it in our espresso blends at our shop, and it is well-received by our customers for its thick body and slightly tropical feel.

Best time to drink
After coffee beans are roasted, their flavor slowly matures.
You can enjoy the freshness of freshly roasted food, but the deliciousness is still trapped along with the carbon dioxide gas (carbon dioxide) generated during roasting.
The best time to drink Roastery Manly Coffee is from 5 days to 1 month, depending on the coffee bean. The flavor will slowly subside after 1 to 2 months, but you can still enjoy drinking it. Please enjoy the change in taste as time passes.
