This coffee bean is a little strange. It has a rich taste like shiitake mushroom broth, matsutake mushroom soup, or oshiru. However, as you drink it, you will become addicted to it. The coffee beans are grown and processed in Ndola, Muganza, Remera, Mugombwa, and Rwamiko districts in Gisagara, southern Rwanda. The goal is to increase production and improve quality to provide the best quality washed and natural Arabica coffee beans to the market. The coffee cherries are from Buf Coffee's own farms, individual independent farmers, and farmers who have business partnerships with Buf Coffee. The soil in this area is fertile and suitable for producing a large quantity of cherries with good quality. The farm workers are trained to produce high quality cherries. This coffee washing station is loved by many in the area and provides jobs to 90% of the displaced workers in Mugombwa camp.

After coffee beans are roasted, their flavor slowly matures.
You can enjoy the freshness of freshly roasted food, but the deliciousness is still trapped along with the carbon dioxide gas (carbon dioxide) generated during roasting.
The best time to drink Roastery Manly Coffee is from 5 days to 1 month, depending on the coffee bean. The flavor will slowly subside after 1 to 2 months, but you can still enjoy drinking it. Please enjoy the change in taste as time passes.
