The appeal of specialty coffee lies not only in its delicious taste, but in pursuit of even greater taste and excitement, we are constantly changing everything from varieties, refining methods, bag materials, roasting machines, roasting methods, new extraction equipment, extraction methods, and service provision. It continues to evolve.
In each location, the coffee-related people work with passion and pride, share their work, and enjoy coffee together.
Every time I come into contact with the world of specialty coffee, I get both excited and warm.
As someone who is in charge of the last part, I want Manly Coffee to constantly evolve.
We receive the baton (specialty coffee) from the production area, roast it, brew it, and then deliver it to the cup of the customer, the final recipient.
