This infused coffee is infused with coffee cherries and cinnamon during the fermentation process. Huila Department is one of Colombia's largest producers of infused coffee. In recent years, co-fermentation, in which the coffee is infused with fruit or fermented together, has become increasingly common. According to one producer, it takes 1 kg of fruit to produce 1 kg of infused coffee, which contributes to the high price of fruit-based infused and co-fermented coffees. Furthermore, since the fermentation process depends on the ripeness of the fruit, it is difficult to achieve a consistent flavor. We commissioned producer Alexander to create and adjust three test lots for this coffee. By using commercially available spices in the fermentation process, we believe we have achieved a perfectly balanced infused coffee that is neither overpowering nor overpowering, making it perfect for everyday enjoyment.

Best time to drink
After coffee beans are roasted, their flavor slowly matures.
You can enjoy the freshness of freshly roasted food, but the deliciousness is still trapped along with the carbon dioxide gas (carbon dioxide) generated during roasting.
The best time to drink Roastery Manly Coffee is from 5 days to 1 month, depending on the coffee bean. The flavor will slowly subside after 1 to 2 months, but you can still enjoy drinking it. Please enjoy the change in taste as time passes.
