This special coffee, named "Tomodachi," is crafted by World Brewers Cup Champion and Philocoffea representative Satoshi Kasuya, Eric from the amazing Taiwanese exporter Tri-Up Coffee, and our wonderful producers. The name "Tomodachi" was created to celebrate friendship and also means "friend" in Japanese. It also aims to connect drinkers with the producers, encouraging them to expand their circle of friends through coffee. The Tomodachi Double Anaerobic Honey process begins with fermenting the cherries anaerobically for four days, then removing the pulp and re-fermenting them as mucilage for another three days. This allows the bright notes of the Ethiopian varietals to shine while also adding complexity. It's truly gorgeous, with a sparkling flavor. Its clarity is also exceptional, resulting in a pleasant aftertaste and lingering flavor. When I touch the raw beans and roast them, I can picture Tetsu, Eric, the producers, and the customers who drink this coffee, and it makes me feel warm inside. I hope you can feel those warm feelings along with the deliciousness!

Best time to drink

After coffee beans are roasted, their flavor slowly matures.
You can enjoy the freshness of freshly roasted food, but the deliciousness is still trapped along with the carbon dioxide gas (carbon dioxide) generated during roasting.
The best time to drink Roastery Manly Coffee is from 5 days to 1 month, depending on the coffee bean. The flavor will slowly subside after 1 to 2 months, but you can still enjoy drinking it. Please enjoy the change in taste as time passes.
