Yellow Peach, Pineapple, Chamomile, Plum
Nkora is one of three washing stations owned by the Dukunde Kawa Musasa Cooperative (Dukunde Kawa means “coffee we love,” and Musasa is the name of the region) located in the Gakenke district of northern Rwanda. Situated between rolling hills with a cool climate year-round, the coffee cherries are dense, allowing for the development of rich flavors and sweetness. Lot 1004 refers to coffee harvested on April 10th! It is also a coffee from the "SOIL PROJECT," an initiative started by ONIBUS COFFEE and Dukunde Kawa Musasa to work with producers toward sustainable coffee production.

Best time to drink
After coffee beans are roasted, their flavor slowly matures.
You can enjoy the freshness of freshly roasted food, but the deliciousness is still trapped along with the carbon dioxide gas (carbon dioxide) generated during roasting.
The best time to drink Roastery Manly Coffee is from 5 days to 1 month, depending on the coffee bean. The flavor will slowly subside after 1 to 2 months, but you can still enjoy drinking it. Please enjoy the change in taste as time passes.
