Simple design, quiet and easy to use grinder☕️

Over the past few years, there has been a bit of a coffee grinder boom in the coffee world.
Not only has the design and quality improved dramatically through innovations in various technologies and materials, making it more attractive,
there is corona I think this is because more and more people are making their own coffee on a deeper level.

From hand grinding to electric grinding.
There is more variety from each manufacturer than ever before.

For those who would like to recommend Fellow Ode Brew Grinder Gen2

✔︎I like simple designs
✔︎ I can't make espresso ✔︎ I want to value the texture that I can touch with my hands.

For those people, Fellow Ode Brew Grinder Gen2 is recommended!
I will introduce recommended points and fellows that I have actually used.

ーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーー

Fellow is a coffee product design manufacturer based in Silicon Valley, San Francisco, USA.

Aeropress parts Prismo also available at Manly
Fellow Stagg EKG electric kettle too Fellow.

Recommended points

  1. You can input up to 100g and grind a lot of beans at once 🫘
However, you won't be grinding 100g at once,
It's stress-free to be able to grind the coffee all at once without pouring water when you want to make 2 or 3 cups.

  2. The sound is quiet 😴
When using an electric grinder, grind it well! There's something about it that makes me feel a little more motivated. That's because the sound will last for a while.
However, with this grinder, the noise doesn't bother you that much, so you can press the switch without getting too excited.

  3. Grinding speed is fast🏃🏃‍♀️
This is the reason why I recommend it to people who are impatient.
Not only hand grinding, but also electric grinding takes this long. . There are some, but this grinds smoothly.

  4. Easy to understand memory based on equipment 💡
The recommended grind number for each device is written on the back of the lid, so you can use it with confidence.
The great thing about it is that you can use it right away without any hesitation!
I'm sure I'm not the only one who has bought a new item with excitement, but then been unable to master how to use it and ended up putting it to rest.

*The memory behind this does not mean that you absolutely have to grind with this instrument on this scale.
The change in flavor depending on the grind of coffee is one of the essential pleasures of enjoying coffee.
You are free to change the scale depending on your mood depending on the recipe 🗽
However, as with anything, the basics are important, so first try using the grind recommended by the manufacturer. Then, check out the flavors and find your favorite flavor.

By the way, the grind size of this AeroPress was finer than the recipe at the store.
I thought it would be fine and have a strong flavor, but I tried it first to check the taste, and the second time I ground it in the #8 French Press zone.
The result is a coffee that has a strong, strong flavor, and a soft, rounded sweetness that I like.

  5. There are lots of ideas!
The Fellow also has a built-in magnet, making it comfortable to put in and take out the powder container 👍

The above are my impressions compared to Varia VS3.
For those who brew espresso such as Flare, we recommend the Varia without hesitation.
This Fellow cannot grind as finely as espresso.
On the other hand, I felt that Varia's ability to grind finely was amazing.

Fellow is recommended for people who are impatient or who brew a lot of coffee at once.

And if you are already using a Fellow kettle,
The sense of unity of the design when lined up is amazing!

Although it's a small thing, the fact that the power cord is white is another nice feature of the Fellow.

Coffee that makes every day more enjoyable.

Best time to drink

After coffee beans are roasted, their flavor slowly matures.
You can enjoy the freshness of freshly roasted food, but the deliciousness is still trapped along with the carbon dioxide gas (carbon dioxide) generated during roasting.
The best time to drink Roastery Manly Coffee is from 5 days to 1 month, depending on the coffee bean. The flavor will slowly subside after 1 to 2 months, but you can still enjoy drinking it. Please enjoy the change in taste as time passes.
