#1 Ethiopia Sidamo Bensa Segera G1 Special Fermentation
[Ethiopia Sidamo Bensa Segera G1 Special Fermentation]

This is the fifth and final coffee in the Ethiopia series visited by the TYPICA Lab in 2023. This coffee has undergone a special process called special fermentation. Eleana of Moprako, who made this coffee, said, "Good coffee is not an accident. It is the result of hard work, innovation starting from the farm, all the way to the final cup." "Good coffee is not born by chance. It is the result of hard work, innovation starting from the farm, all the way to the final cup." Please take your time to savor this carefully crafted coffee.

#2 Nicaragua El Porvenir Java

[El Porvenir Farm Haba, Nicaragua ]

This year, Java coffee has arrived from Sergio's El Porvenir farm! Until last time, it was made using an orange honey process that gave it a delicate Chinese tea-like flavor, but this time it's made using a natural long yeast process, which is also full of ingenuity. (Sergio himself has experimented and invented many original processes.) This natural long yeast processed coffee has a sweet, round peach flavor and a slightly wild taste. We recommend drinking it black as is, but we also recommend pairing it with a Western-style snack!

#3 Ethiopia Sidamo Nansebo G1 Natural *Only available as seasonal sets!
[Ethiopia Sidamo Nansebo G1 Natural]

This is the fourth coffee in the Ethiopia series visited by TYPICA Lab in 2023. It is a gorgeous and rich coffee. This is a limited edition only available in the winter set! It is a coffee that is satisfying to drink in one cup. You can enjoy gorgeous lychee, followed by ripe grapes, delicate sweetness like apple jam, and finally refreshing sweet orange. Although it is called Ethiopia, the flavor and balance vary depending on the area, but all the coffees are from high altitudes and land rich in nature. And you can feel the solemnity of the place where the coffee was born.

Best time to drink

After coffee beans are roasted, their flavor slowly matures.
You can enjoy the freshness of freshly roasted food, but the deliciousness is still trapped along with the carbon dioxide gas (carbon dioxide) generated during roasting.
The best time to drink Roastery Manly Coffee is from 5 days to 1 month, depending on the coffee bean. The flavor will slowly subside after 1 to 2 months, but you can still enjoy drinking it. Please enjoy the change in taste as time passes.
