"A new taste created by a new attempt" This coffee is from the "Santuario Sul" farm project, which was started jointly by Luis of Carmo Coffee in Brazil and Camilo of Santuario Farm in Colombia. Using yeast cultivated in-house from Geisha coffee juice, the cherries are fermented anaerobically in tanks for about 72 hours. After that, they are slow-dried (dried in the shade) under a blue roof that protects against ultraviolet rays. The drying room is equipped with black lights to prevent harmful bacteria from working. The taste changes rapidly with changes in temperature, so please take your time to enjoy a cup of coffee.

After coffee beans are roasted, their flavor slowly matures.
You can enjoy the freshness of freshly roasted food, but the deliciousness is still trapped along with the carbon dioxide gas (carbon dioxide) generated during roasting.
The best time to drink Roastery Manly Coffee is from 5 days to 1 month, depending on the coffee bean. The flavor will slowly subside after 1 to 2 months, but you can still enjoy drinking it. Please enjoy the change in taste as time passes.
