Neftali Fajardo Salazar has been growing coffee for 25 years.
The Insa district of Cauca department, where Nefrita's farm is located, is known for the high quality of its coffee.

He is interested in producing specialty coffee and planted Geisha and Pink Bourbon four years ago with the support of BANEXPORT.
His role now is to pass on this passion and coffee knowledge to future generations.

Colombia is currently experiencing a boom in new specialty coffees.

Best time to drink

After coffee beans are roasted, their flavor slowly matures.
You can enjoy the freshness of freshly roasted food, but the deliciousness is still trapped along with the carbon dioxide gas (carbon dioxide) generated during roasting.
The best time to drink Roastery Manly Coffee is from 5 days to 1 month, depending on the coffee bean. The flavor will slowly subside after 1 to 2 months, but you can still enjoy drinking it. Please enjoy the change in taste as time passes.
