Rwanda is known for its fresh flavor and rich taste. This coffee is perfect for this season. The Dukunde Kawa Musasa Cooperative, located in the northern Gakenke district, was founded in 2000. The Ruli washing station began operation in 2004. Coffee beans are refined from cherries brought from 824 producers. The area is located at an altitude of 1,800-2,200 meters and has two rainy seasons a year, and the volcanic soil environment is very good. In addition, there is a lot of rain, and the beans grow slowly, so high quality cherries with a firm body are produced. Lot 1604 refers to the lot produced on April 6th. We recommend this coffee as a cold brew, as well as hot or iced.

Best time to drink

After coffee beans are roasted, their flavor slowly matures.
You can enjoy the freshness of freshly roasted food, but the deliciousness is still trapped along with the carbon dioxide gas (carbon dioxide) generated during roasting.
The best time to drink Roastery Manly Coffee is from 5 days to 1 month, depending on the coffee bean. The flavor will slowly subside after 1 to 2 months, but you can still enjoy drinking it. Please enjoy the change in taste as time passes.
