Dukunde Kawa (Rwandan for "I love coffee") Cooperative is located in Gakenke District in northern Rwanda and owns three washing stations, including Ruri. This coffee, grown using coffee pulp compost made by the SOIL PROJECT, was the challenge bean for the second RWANDA COFFEE CHALLENGE roast competition. Although we were not able to achieve success, this coffee has a beautiful orange-like flavor and a rich mouthfeel. Please try it and think of the Rwandan producers and the land.

Best time to drink
After coffee beans are roasted, their flavor slowly matures.
You can enjoy the freshness of freshly roasted food, but the deliciousness is still trapped along with the carbon dioxide gas (carbon dioxide) generated during roasting.
The best time to drink Roastery Manly Coffee is from 5 days to 1 month, depending on the coffee bean. The flavor will slowly subside after 1 to 2 months, but you can still enjoy drinking it. Please enjoy the change in taste as time passes.
